Big readable display, looks good, but appears to lack key feature. I purchased one of these and a Lux ELV4 about 1 year ago, and have spent time with each.

Good unit with a few drawbacks I bought this unit because it’s the least conspicuous looking unit of all the electric baseboard thermostats. The unit is fairly easy to install, but the manufacturer could have provided more simple instructions for upgrading from a conventional manual thermostat. Unless your electric cables are labeled, you will need a multimeter to determine which cable coming into your thermostat’s electric box is the load cable and which is the power cable. Wiring mislabeled When I wired this in to my baseboards according to the instructions it wouldn’t even power on. I had to switch the line/load wires around for it to even power on. Sent it back. Couldn’t leave it wired backwards just cause it worked. Too dangerous!!
