Great thermostat, Easy to install and set up I really have no issue with this stat, I like all the features about it. Able to use AAA batteries as a backup, while running on 24v power from the furnace which is really nice.It displays half degree increments too, which is also nice. The only gripe I have is the dial. It works fine, but is pretty slow. It only changes 2 or 3 degrees every flick, so if you constantly change from low “keep from freezing” mode, to “warm” mode, it can take a minute to do it. In a normal setting, people only change a few degrees which this works great for.. but in a garage to go from a low 40 deg to a high 60 degrees, its not very convienent. One trick I do to help though, is program the stat to be at 40deg setpoint all the time, then just use the dial to turn it up when needed. It will connect to and control just about any kind of heating and cooling system. There are 11 terminals and six configuration jumpers. You will not need to worry about which alternate wiring diagram you need. The look is nice and clean, with an art deco design, if you’re into that sort of thing. There are some semi-pros. First, the control panel is hidden behind a hinged panel. This keeps the look clean, otherwise you’d have a gaggle of buttons to deal with. Second, the rotary control creates a nice intuitive interface for simply adjusting the temperature. Unfortunately, it’s…
