Not bad We had to replace the old programmable touch screen thermostat we had as the touchscreen stopped touching. Went to the local big box hardware place and picked this one up (it was the cheapest w/ full 7 day programmability) for $30 on sale.
Non-Existant Support I liked the 7-day control features, once I figured out how to operate it. After about a month, however, it no longer allowed me to change the settings, so I called the “customer service” number on the top. I called several times. Each time I was put on hold for 10 minutes, until a message came on asking me to leave my telephone number so they could call me back. This Filtrete(tm) 7-Day Programmable Thermostat–a step back in design and functionality I had a 13 year-old programmable thermostat that died due to corroded batteries. It protruded only a little from the wall, controlled the temperature well and had three temp settings per day.
