Warm Tiles FTS Model Thermostats contain comfort-level programming options as well as a simple off position selector switch, pre programmed for easy setup, manual operation settings, programmable 7 day or 5/2 day options, and built-in ground fault safety. Warm Tiles Thermostats will regulate only enough electricity to heat your floor to the preferred temperature. The floor sensor monitors the actual floor temperature. This sensor is implanted in the cement based product covering your flooring. When the floor reaches the desired temperature, the electricity will cycle off. Since the electricity is generating warmth only part of the time, the cost savings are significant.

Watch Collector "Watch Collector" says:

Unsafe product We purchased a new house with heated tiles in the bathroom. About 3.5 years later, one morning, I walked into the bathroom and burnt my feet.

Richard C Slater, Jr. says:

Keeps the Feet Warm Bought this several years ago and forgot to review.Love it! Love having a warm bathroom floor on cool nights. Obviously, it lasts and does a good job several years in.

Jay Basen says:

Could have burned down my house My FTS-1 failed after 4 years and 1 day. Like others have posted, even though the thermostat was set to off, the floor heating elements were heating out of control. Had I been on vacation when this happened I’m not sure that my house would have been there when I arrived home.
