Beware Honeywell warranty support – no DIY allowed The thermostat worked fine for about six or seven months, then the dial started becoming gradually more unresponsive. Now after ten months in service it takes about 20 turns of the dial to get the thermostat to “wake up” – very frustrating. Worse, the thermostat has now begun to lose its on-temp setting after a short period of time. As a result, every night the on-temp resets to 52-degrees, so it gets very cold in the house (it’s December as I’m writing this).The thermostat was…
