Great programmable thermostat! I had a Lux programmable thermostat before this one, but it had some issues with my heat pump system… so I purchased this as a replacement. I’ve used it for roughly a month or two now, and it has worked flawlessly.Like the Lux t-stat I had previously, it has four daily programs. honeywell gave bad customer service for bad motherboard My experience was on the TH4100D1007 model, but applies to this model too. After changing the batteries on the unit, the unit stopped working correctly . After trouble shooting on my own and reading up online, it was very clear it was the motherboard. I called honeywell, and they said the installing plumbing contractor would have to be called ( 80$ service call NOT to be covered under the 5 year warranty) in order for the licensed contractor who originally purchased the unit would have to…
