Lasted just two months! Rated as a single start initially. After just a couple of months, with temperatures dropping to the teens, we discovered this unit would no longer operate our heat pump. Huge waste of money for purchase and for HVAC service call. (Very poor wiring instructions, BTW; required internet research and assistance to make it work to begin with.) To the credit of Plumbing Planet, however, they did replace it immediately and without question. Three stars but cost us for the service call, which…
