Simple Plug and Play, Ready to Go I purchased the ITC-310T to use for homebrewing purposes, for multiple reasons. First I purchased it because I wanted a temperature controller to use with a commercial coffee urn that I use for heating Sparge Water. The other two purposes I purchased it for were as a backup to the STC-1000 controllers that I use for my kegerator/keezer and my fermentation chamber. Once you figure it out you’ll be happy, just don’t expect that to happen out of the box. Works once you figure it out, but instructions aren’t very good. The manual sucks and is in a super micro print so go online to their site to save your eyes.
