Excellent thermostat, but not for the timid I bought this thermostat and installed it myself though Honeywell is quite clear that this is not for homeowner installation. Great thermostat This thermostat is a life saver as well as a money saver. We needed this thermostat for its remote sensing device. I have a two story house but only one zone heating and cooling. Our thermostat is located downstairs in a far corner of the house that is always cooler than the rest of the house. This makes it very difficult to keep a consistent heating temperature at night.
