Good Thermostat; better COMPANY! I was having trouble with my existing thermostat, so I called PRO1. AMAZING!! They are in the USA, and I was connected to a REAL LIVE ACTUAL TECHNICIAN, not customer service, who walked me through all the tech settings of my unit and told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it–part of that was an upgrade to a new unit. When the new unit came, I called again to go over the settings and the install and they walked me through the entire process! Problem solved.
Nice features I purchased this to replace an older mercury type Thermostat that was originally installed in my house. The info on line sounds as if this is a very good thermostat. I liked the programmable features and the fact that it shows the actual reading and the temperature setting. This is not installed yet.
