I liked my old one and I did not want to … It came in the original package and had not been opened but that being said unfortunately the batteries inside had exploded and made part of the unit defective. I was able to take some of the parts off of it and make my old unit work. I decided to keep it and use some of the parts rather than return it. I liked my old one and I did not want to get rid of it if I could get it to work again with some new parts. So that is what I did.
Works fine but display is not great This is a rare ac unit to get, but we bought this as we needed one urgently.It works effectively, however the Digital screen is very faded, so it’s hard to read and calibrate it sometimes, that is why it’s minus one star.
Five Stars had to replace old one and it is perfect
