Do not order from this supplier-Controls Central The item I purchased was listed as new. Upon inspection it looked to have been tampered with or rebuilt. At any rate the gas valve leaks badly. All connections were tested for leaks and found to be satisfactory, the valve tested positive for NG leaks. I have always been satisfied with Amazon and this is the first let down. I should have known better with a sensitive piece of equipment such as this.
you are NOT buying a robertshaw gas valve. Its … you are NOT buying a robertshaw gas valve. Its a cheap knock off. It worked, but is not what is what is advertised.
Works Perfectly I installed this valve in a 60-year-old commonwealth wall furnace. It replaces four individual components so I had to re-pipe but it works perfectly.
