Horrible, unusable. When I had my kitchen redone, I upgraded the HVAC. The contractor installed a top of the line robert shaw thermostat, even through the old one worked fine. My mistake. This is a piece of junk. Impossible to program. Impossible to control. I strongly recommend against anyone wasting their money on this stuff. Horrible design, extremely poor instructions, no customer service to speak of. It took me, with several resets, more than an hour just to get it to accept an override so I could turn on the…
