When i purchased the plan it was for 4 yrs protection and the email i received is for 3 yrs protection. I have bought several of these plans for many items that i ordered and have had a couple of issues with the plan itself and not the product associated. Will appreciate it someone from squaretrade can fix such issues. Also the pricing seems to change often even when the product price has not changed.
